If you have disabled and enabled two-factor authentication, and when you log in to the platform appear "Invalid authentication code", click learn more and follow the following instructions to solve the issue:
- Go to the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
- When accessing the application you will see the tab "Weni-staging", click this option, then click on the settings (gear icon).
- When accessing the configuration area, the following screen will be open, click on the "remove account button."
After doing this process, follow the instructions given on your login screen in the field below to set up two-step verification again.
