Adding Media to the message

Yes, you can add media to your message on our platform. Be it images, audios or videos, there are two different ways to add them: using a URL or uploading the file directly from your computer.

Using an URL

  1. Click on the flow icon;
  1. Choose a pre-existing flow or create a new one;
  2. Add a new action card, click on "Attachments", choose between the options "Image URL", "Audio URL" or "Video URL" and enter the URL of the chosen media;

Using a file from your computer

Add a new action card, click on "Attachments", choose the option "Upload Attachment" and select the file directly from your computer.
