Route markers

Mallu Updated by Mallu

Once we create our streams, our goal and anxiety becomes knowing how people are using and reacting to conversations. In order for you to be able, in real time, to analyze how the interaction and engagement is in your flows, what paths users are preferring and be able to use this data for decision making, the platform has some tools to help you with this.

Route markers

Route markers are guide numbers that appear below each action and decision chart, showing how many people went through that route in the flow. Very interesting tool to identify which path is being the most sought after by its users, besides always being updated in real time. You can also identify certain bottlenecks, such as when a question holds a user too long in the flow.

By placing the cursor on top of one of the route markers, you can see the last messages received by the people who went through that path. Besides knowing the date of last contact.

The number of unique contacts that went through a specific route is not displayed. What is shown is the number of times contacts have passed through that route. That means if the same contact follows the same route multiple times, the displayed number will increase with each passage.
If a route is altered, the number of interactions is not retained.
