How to connect and talk to the bot through the settings

Reaching the consumer requires a multichannel approach. Multichannel communication involves using available technologies to ensure that the customer receives personalized information through the various channels they already use in their daily life.

To add channels to your account, you must:

  1. In your project: Apps > Other Applications > Add Channel;
  1. A new window will open where you can choose the type of channel you want to integrate;
  2. After that, you can review all available channels for connection:

Call and SMS providers:

Social Networks:

APIs:

  1. Choose the channels you want to use and integrate.
We provide a standardized approach for all channels, meaning that even if you choose more than one option, the platform will handle the contacts in the same way.
Another way to integrate channels is through the Discovery tab in the Applications module.
