Channels Introduction

Reaching the consumer requires multichannel access. Multichannel communication consists of using available technology to ensure that your customer receives customized information through different channels, which he already uses on a daily basis.
To add channels to your account, you must:
- Click on your account (in the upper right corner of the page);

- Click on the settings icon and from the options, choose Add Channel;

- Analyze all available channels for connection:
Call and SMS providers:

Social Networks:

APIs:

- Choose the channels you want to use and integrate.
We offer a default treatment for all channels, that is, even if you choose more than one option, the platform will treat contacts exactly the same way.
